Which Care plan should I pick?
Umera Care (£45/mo) is hands-off maintenance — we keep your site current, you focus on running the business. Up to 4 edit sessions a month (about one a week), 48-hour turnaround, hosting, domain and SSL all in. Umera Local SEO (from £395/mo) is the growth engine. Area pages for every town you target, new search-optimised articles each month, Google Business Profile management, a review system, a monthly email to your list, plus rank tracking and a plain-English monthly report — backed by our first-page guarantee. Pick Local SEO if you want Google to send you local customers; pick Care if you already have steady traffic and just want the site looking sharp. Pay-per-change (£25/session) is for the few-times-a-year crowd.
How long until Local SEO delivers results?
Honestly: 4 to 6 months before meaningful traffic, 12 months before it compounds. Local SEO is patience. Google has to crawl, index, and rank your site, your Business Profile needs review velocity, and citations take weeks to propagate. Month 1-3 you're laying foundations (Google Business Profile, citations, LocalBusiness schema, first posts). Month 4-6 you start appearing in the map pack for low-competition local searches. What counts as a "session" on Umera Care?
A session is one batch of changes sent to us at once. Group your updates in a single message (WhatsApp or email) and we'll handle them all together — still counts as one session. 4 sessions per month is plenty for most businesses. New pages are a separate add-on at £45 each, or upgrade to a custom scope.
What if I want to cancel or move on?
30 days notice, no questions. We hand over the full GitHub repo and any assets. No exit fees, no handover charges, no friction. The site is yours to take wherever you want.
Do I own the site and the code?
Yes — from day one. The code lives in a GitHub repo we give you full access to immediately. You can host it anywhere, edit it yourself, or hand it to any developer at any time. No strings attached.
Can I upgrade tier or add extras later?
Yes. Start on Starter and upgrade to Pro or Max anytime — you'll only pay the difference. Add-ons can be bolted on post-launch at the listed prices. Start on Pay-per-change and move to Umera Care whenever.
What if I need something not listed?
Ask. Custom functionality (membership areas, complex booking systems, integrations) is quoted separately. We'll scope it before committing — no surprise fees.
